The house is located in a 4000m2 calm an quiet property with mediterranean vegetation : Palm trees, Olive trees, lemon and orange trees, pine trees and a variety  of flowers.

A  large  swimming pool (12.5m x 6.5m) with its pool-house with sunny and shady areas.

The pool is not supervised.
